Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of this business to charge a cancellation fee for all appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
The fee is:
$10 for ½ hour appointments;
$15 for 45 minute appointments;
$20 for 1 hour appointments; and
$25 for 1½ hour appointments.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours notice, or do not turn up for your appointment, then you will incur the full cost of the appointment.
This fee will be payable at the time of your next treatment.
The fee will only be revoked in exceptional circumstances, or if an additional appointment is attended and paid for within 4 days of the cancelled appointment.
Health Fund Rebates
The massage therapists at City Massage are registered with all the health funds that give refunds for massage. On request, you will be provided with a receipt to obtain your refund from your health fund. Please contact your health fund if you are not sure about your coverage or to determine the amount you will be refunded.
